Until you start photographing the wild flowers you do not realise how beautiful they are.

I remember teaching a Greek girl the names of our flowers while out on a walk in the countryside and how much we laughed at her expressions and comments as to why we called flowers 'dandelion' 'buttercup' 'forgetmenot' 'foxglove' and especially why a white bluebell is still a 'bluebell'!!
